Yoga Nidra Workshop

Join us for this two-hour workshop to learn about and experience the healing powers of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, also known as yoga sleep, is a deep relaxing practice that can accelerate the yogi’s spiritual path. It provides an opportunity to work directly with life’s challenges in the immaterial realm of yoga sleep, so we can effectively change our relationship to the awakened world. Class will introduce students to yoga nidra and how it works, loosen the body with a short and gentle yoga flow, and then delve through the layers of being with a guided yoga nidra practice.
All levels are welcome! Yoga nidra is experienced laying down in savasana, so please dress warmly.
