Songs for a New World

Please join us for an evening of music and storytelling brimming with energy and heart. Jason Robert Brown’s beloved song cycle examines life, love, and the decisions ordinary people make when faced with extraordinary challenges. With a moving and energetic score that blends pop, jazz, gospel and contemporary musical theater, this dynamic cast and live band will transport you the from the ledge of Fifth Avenue apartment building to the deck of a Spanish sailing ship, and all the unexpected places life takes you in between.

All profits will benefit Voices of Hope, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with more than 150 members who share a passion for the performing arts and a desire to join the fight against cancer by raising awareness and funds for cancer research. Since 2009, Voices of Hope has donated $979,000 dollars to cancer research and $844,000 directly to the Termeer Center for Targeted Therapies at the MGH Cancer Center.
